The staff was responsive and helpful.
I was stuck outside for ten minutes because no one was at the front desk. The rooms were cramped and lacked advertised features like a safe. I also found the neighborhood to be noisy.

The breakfasts with eggs freshly cooked to order. Perfect pleasant location, in the centre of town.

we spent 3 nights in guest room with a well appointed bathroom, heater, for example. the location was peaceful and pleasant, in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood which was relaxing, it's a plus.

Cold temperatures in common areas could be uncomfortable, especially without a heater in the bathroom. Shower water fluctuated between warm and cold, and pressure issues led to some frustrating cold showers after long days. Arriving late left us awkwardly waiting outside the gated entrance due to a lack of staff presence.

The room was brand-new and MODERN with a shower, hairdryers and towels in the private bathroom. Location: the hotel was next to Plaza de Armas, and a quiet, residential area. Tried some takeout specials at Garaje Food Place, luckily it was not too far from the venue.

the staff was top notch, from drivers to cooking staff to the front desk. they always went above and beyond what i expected in terms of service.
it felt like we had to whisper in our room as we could hear conversations in the room next to us fairly easily.

The hotel staff was excellent. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. They even surprised us with birthday cake on my husbands birthday. They were not close to the square but provided us with transportation 24-7. I would not chose to stay anywhere else.

perfect base for exploring cusco's vibrant culture and parks
It was easy to get a cab to the historic Plaza de Armas whenever we wanted to explore. As a solo traveler who enjoys city walks, I appreciated the nearby Orellana Pumaqchupan Park for a peaceful escape from the urban buzz.

The must of Torre Dorada is the fabulous service level which is very difficult to replicate. All employees with no exception, go out of their way to serve you in the best way possible. Even at 5 stars hotels you seldom feel as pampered as you are at Torre Dorada. Good accomodations with restrict space at rooms, but everything is deseigned to make you feel confortable and at home. The out of circuit location is fully offset by a superior taxi service (free of charge). Outstanding price/value relationship.
Just to say : room space

As a woman traveling alone, I most appreciated feeling cared for and safe. I was met at the airport and transported back to the hotel, as promised. The breakfast was superb, and as I was feeling the altitude, I also was grateful for the offering of oxygen in my room and coca tea. It's also nice to be transported to town and back for free.
