The staff was responsive and helpful.
I was stuck outside for ten minutes because no one was at the front desk. The rooms were cramped and lacked advertised features like a safe. I also found the neighborhood to be incredibly noisy, making it hard to sleep.

missingWrote a review on 09 Augcold common areas
Cold temperatures in common areas could be uncomfortable, especially without a heater in the bathroom. Shower water fluctuated between warm and cold, and pressure issues led to some frustrating cold showers after long days. Additionally, arriving late left us awkwardly waiting outside the gated entrance due to a lack of staff presence.

perfect base for exploring cusco's vibrant culture and parks
I had an amazing experience at this hotel, with the owner providing fantastic suggestions for where to eat and what to do. It was extremely easy to get a cab to the historic Plaza de Armas whenever we wanted to explore. as a solo traveler who enjoys city walks, I appreciated the nearby Orellana Pumaqchupan Park for a peaceful escape from the urban buzz.
